What we collect
- Contact form: your name, email address, the topic you choose and your message.
- Job applications: your name, contact details, CV, links you share (such as LinkedIn or a portfolio), skills, experience and anything else you choose to tell us.
- Email and WhatsApp: whatever you choose to send us when you contact us directly.
Why we use it and our legal basis
- To answer your enquiry and discuss a possible engagement — legitimate interest / pre-contractual steps.
- To assess your job application — pre-contractual steps and, where relevant, your consent.
- To keep records required by law, such as accounting records — legal obligation.
How long we keep it
Contact messages are kept for up to 24 months after our last contact. Job applications are kept for up to 6 months after the recruitment closes, unless you agree that we may keep them longer for future roles.
Who we share it with
We never sell personal data. We use trusted processors to run this website, store data and send email, under data processing agreements. Where data is processed outside the EU/EEA, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
